At wepoto, we are committed to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service.
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or replace an item. To ensure a smooth after-sales experience, please review our policy below.
🛒 30-Day No-Reason Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange the product, please return the original order and place a new one.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How to return:
1. Email (wepoto@wepoto.com) stating the reason for return and attach photos/videos showing the product’s good condition (including the entire package/box).
2. Our customer service will reply within 24 hours with detailed *Return Instructions.
3. Follow the instructions to send back the item.
4. Ensure the returned product is in new condition,original packaging,no installation marks or signs of use,and labeled properly.
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
> For no-reason returns/exchanges, shipping costs (both ways) are at your expense.
⚠️ 7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
You may request a full refund or replacement within 7 days if you encounter any of the following issues:
* Wrong item received
* Missing item
* Physical damage or scratches
* Product quality issue or malfunction
How to process DOA return:
1. Email(wepoto@wepoto.com)within 7 days, explaining the issue with clear pictures/videos (showing the full package with label).
2. Our customer representative will respond within 24 hours to verify the issue.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive *Return Instructions*.
4. Return the product as instructed (must be in new condition and original packaging).
5. After we inspect the returned parcel, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement and reimburse the return shipping fee based on your provided shipping receipt.
> If the returned parcel fails inspection, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
🧾 Warranty Policy
* All products come with a 2-year warranty
* Electronic products and accessories come with a 1-year warranty
💳 Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post).
3. Contact your bank for further updates.
If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
⚙️ Customized Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment or production for a ull refund.
Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
